School goals and ambitions
Staff wellbeing has been high on our agenda in recent years, and we would like to formalize our position and work on our areas of development.
This framework gives us a guide of best practice and allows us to audit our current provision, some of which we consider to be good and some of which we know we need to improve.
It is important that staff know that this is constantly on our agenda and working towards this award will mean that this area will be discussed more openly and frequently amongst senior leaders and staff. Equally we would like staff to be more comfortable bringing up items for development.
We look forward to building on our groundwork to refine our provision.
