We aim to raise awareness of the importance of well-being and good mental health; equip staff, parents and students with the knowledge to recognise and respond to signs of poor mental health and to cultivate a sense of belonging. We aim to create a more level playing field with equitable starting points - meeting students where they are at - to ensure that they can access the learning and social opportunities available to them. We aim to build a culture of resilience, compassion and equality. We will equip our students with the strategies and social skills they will need in the future and educate the whole school community that good mental health is as important as good physical health.
