Our overall aim is to develop a coherent strategy for ensuring the positive management of staff workload and improving our overall 'Wellbeing' provision.
We want to establish a culture of wellbeing across the school, which includes a focus on staff in addition to our tutor programmes and other provisions for students.
The award journey will help us to review our current practices to identify what we can do to reduce or support staff workload; raise the profile of mental health within the school; improve communications and ensure that we invest in our staff so that they genuinely feel that we value their contributions and care about their personal and professional development.
