Impact school context
Our focus on resilience and growth mindset has had a noticeable impact across the school. Both staff and pupils now demonstrate a stronger understanding of what it means to be resilient and recognise that mistakes are a valuable part of learning. The profile of resilience has been significantly raised, with pupils showing greater confidence in taking risks, persevering through challenges and reflecting on how to improve. Staff are more intentional in modelling and promoting resilience, creating a positive culture where effort, curiosity and self-belief are celebrated.
