The schools is clear about how they can continue to make progress and have a positive impact on pupil wellbeing, with plans in place to carry on the work they have already started, to ensure they don't lose momentum and enthusiasm. As identified in some comments from staff, the school might find it helpful to consolidate some of the wellbeing-focused days they celebrate and integrate them into the PSHE curriculum more effectively, in order to offer some consistency and clarity, and avoid repetition/duplication - and to reflect best practice.
