Overall comments
The school is clearly providing some excellent opportunities for pupils, but the award process has not been followed sufficiently for all benchmarks to show any measurable impact. The validation meeting time was used to talk the SIA lead through what needs to be done to achieve the award. (Note: the SIA Lead in school contacted Optimus on several occasions to ask about the type of evidence needed to achieve the award as she was unsure, but no one responded.)
